Pasta making workshops are super entertaining for kids and adults, but are also a great way to introduce kids to healthy and tasty food.
How is the class structured?
Vicky sends you the list of ingredients and equipments. The class will kick off with Vicky sharing some fun facts about the history of pasta. Then, Vicky will explain to you where ingredients come from, what kind of ingredients are used, where to buy the best ingredients in the future and why to use those specific ingredients.
The workshop is entirely hands-on. After a demonstration of how to make the dough, everyone will make his/her own pasta. You can make different shapes of pasta: scialatielli, busiate, maccherroni, spaghetti, colourful pasta, tagliatelle (cut pasta) and gnocchetti.
