On Tuesday 19 November Susan did my favourite lesson. Yin. It is a gentle lesson where you hold a certain move for 3 minutes. We do this lesson once a month due to the full moon. It is a stretch exercise. If you feel pain that you should not normally feel then back off a bit and ask Susan to put you in the right position or she can give you another alternative.

Later I had an excellent overview of Lightroom classic editing techniques, tips and tricks. Very enjoyable morning and would highly recommend.

Wonderful course! Fast paced, thorough tuition and loads of hands on help and advice from Dino, a marvellous mosaicist. Wonderful translation from Guilia, lead mosaicist of LSOM and beautiful selection of smalti glass for the project. A super interesting course, loved it.

Nicole - DIY Jesmonite craftsAlex is a brilliant coach. He is so friendly and makes the sessions so much fun that the kids don't realise how hard they are working. He works on repetition of skills and using the less favoured foot so that these things become second nature, and my daughter has progressed hugely since starting to train with him which is really increasing her self-confidence and improving her play in her grassroots team. We have had 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 sessions, and Alex adapts everything to suit how the session is going to get the most out of it. Thank you Alex!
