Looking to relax at the end of a long day….
Research on meditation has shown that this practice generates significant benefits which include:

Each week we will explore a particular topic and understand how we can connect with this using the practice of meditation. Using the breath we will enter a deep state of relaxation followed by a guided inner journey. We will use a mix of guided visualisations and mantras to keep the mind focused.
