I really enjoyed this meditation session. The teacher has a lovely energy, and used a combination of meditation styles and teachings, which I found very informative and accessible as a relative newcomer to the practice. I left the session feeling grounded, peaceful and refreshed. Thank you, I hope to come again soon!

Sonia's City meditation is mindfulness and relaxation after a long day. Very clear breathing and mantras techniques guided a meditation newbie like me to keep a focused mind. Sonia's passion and knowledge are contagious and highly recommended !!

The class was great. Usually when I think of meditating I get put off as don’t really know where start, what I am supposed to be doing or thinking about. Sonia’s structure to the class really helped with this and the guided meditation part was really useful to help me focus. Highly recommend!

I did learn breathing techniques, posture and thought/feelings flow. Diya's teacher was friendly and relaxing in the approach, yet informative, conveying clear indications as how to get the best out of the session. Perfect City venue, handy from the office. Online sessions as good.
