This is a Hatha yoga, breathwork and relaxation session which is suitable for beginners and experienced yogi's alike.
The session will start with some gentle yoga exercises to warm up the body. This will be followed by breathwork (pranayama) followed by a simple mindfulness meditation.
There will be a break halfway through with refreshments, biscuits and cake. Let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
