What happens in this class?

This is a 2 hour Hatha yoga, breathwork and relaxation session which is suitable for beginners and experienced yogi's alike.

The session will start with some gentle yoga exercises to warm up the body. This will be followed by breathwork (pranayama) followed by a simple mindfulness meditation.

There will be a break halfway through with refreshments, biscuits and cake. Let me know if you have any dietary requirements.

Things to remember

For the session, you'll need to wear comfortable clothing.

Mats, blocks and belts are provided but please feel free to bring your own.

This session is suitable for complete beginners so even if you are the least flexible person ever, or think that you can't meditate because you have a busy mind, come along and give it a go. Pretty much everyone starts yoga in this place and they soon change their mind.

The Hatha Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation event was an amazing experience for me leaving me with a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace. It provided a much-needed break from the daily grind, and I left feeling not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally and emotionally recharged. I would highly recommend attending such a retreat to anyone looking to escape the stress of daily life and connect with their inner self in a serene and supportive environment. David is a fantastic instructor and I am looking forward to the next one.

David has been practising yoga and meditation for 20 years and teaching for the past 8 years. When he first started he had tight hamstrings, lower back issues and was stressed, looking for a way to relax. Yoga really helped him in all these areas.

Loved the Yoga and Mediation class on Saturday. I left feeling very chilled and happy. Just what I needed. Loved the Shamanic Meditation, it really takes you somewhere else and gives a wonderful sense of peace. 2hrs 30mins seems like a long session, but time really passes so quickly. I would definitely go to the next session and highly recommend it to anyone :-) Thank you Dave!
