Jo offers one to one support that allows you to grasp and develop an understanding of how mindfulness operates, at your own speed.
You will have the opportunity to discover ways to establish mindfulness into your life, allowing you to practice mindfulness to manage stresses as well as appreciate life's joys.
You don't need to have ever meditated or practiced mindfulness before, we will work out together what you most need at this time in your life.
Jo can also do this session with a group of friends or family if that is preferred.
