Jo is available for one hour coaching sessions that will introduce you to mindfulness and give you an oasis of calm in your busy life.
She offers one to one support that allows you to grasp and develop an understanding of how mindfulness operates, at your own speed. You will have the opportunity to learn how to establish mindfulness into your life, allowing you to manage stresses as well as appreciate life's joys.
Jo can also do this session with a group of friends or family if that is preferred.
