The day will start with a 60-75 minute yoga and meditation session. The practice will allow us to start exploring the power of working with intentions: how to visualize them, set them and continue to work with them over time.
We will work on the different spheres and areas of our lives through guided meditation, visualization and journaling, in order to be ready to start putting our vision boards together.
The vision board will emanate from deep within, after the work done in the initial stages of the workshop and will be a creative process of collage, drawing, painting…
