Loin Erika for a 2 hour journey of restorative and mindfulness. During this workshop you will explore postures that will relax the body and allow us to tap into our mental capacity to work with your thoughts and mindsets.
Compassion requires us to soften our hearts. In traditional mindfulness practices, this process starts with finding the capacity to explore an attitude of compassion towards ourselves, to then be able to extend it to others. You will work with loving kindness meditations, as you explore the capacity to find deep states of relaxation, softening your body to soften your heart.
