It’s very easy to get swept up in the busyness of life so this is an opportunity to slow down. Chocolate is a beautiful ingredient full of aromas and tasting it slowly and with awareness is a delicious way to explore mindfulness.

The meditation is done seated on chairs and supporting cushions and blankets are also available at the venue.
