Looking to relax at the end of a long day….

Research on meditation has shown that this practice generates significant benefits which include:

In this session we will explore a particular topic and understand how we can connect with this using the practice of meditation.

I wanted to try meditation in a small group hence I signed up for the class. The pace was great and there was lots of information on balancing chakras. I felt relaxed and found it much easier to focus with someone leading the meditation. Would recommend trying it.
