We had the best time learning how to make pizza at Andrea’s masterclass! It was really relaxed and fun and we ate some delicious pizzas and tiramisu at the end! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a fun afternoon with some tasty food involved!

I really enjoyed my class with Andrea. I was able to pick up some great tips on how to stretch the pizza dough well and get it thin. I was able to put it to practice with the dough you get to take home from the class. It was my first time trying sourdough pizza in the Roman thinner style and I really liked it. And yes, the tiramisu lives up to its reputation from the reviews, I can see why its talked about so much :) I recommend this class as you'll get hands on experience and Andrea will really refine your technical skills as he really wants you to be able make a good dough and a good looking pizza.

I had a 1to1 course with Andrea from 1n1Pizzandfashion and I had a great time!! He is a real italian who makes amazing pizzas (and fantastic tiramisu too) and is passionate about it. He explained the different types of flours to use and introduced me to Johnny, his 6 year old sourdough!! (impressive RIGHT???). We then made dough and garnished it with fresh ingredients imported directly from italy! The place is very cute and very well adapted for a cooking class! Thank you again Andrea :) and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to take this course!

Andrea, co-founder of One n One fashion n pizza, is an Italian pizza chef living in London since 2014 when also his passion for baking pizza began. It all started with a pizza course in Bergamo, where he's from, to then realise he wanted to become a pizza chef.

He worked and managed different pizzerias in London before deciding to launch, with his girlfriend Martina their own space, One n One. A concept store in Spitalfields where the passion for sourdough pizzas (Andrea) meets the love for sustainable fashion (Martina).

It was 2015, Andrea wanted to create something…

This was such a fun afternoon course. Andrea was excellent - really informative and the pizza was amazing. Also, the tiramisu dessert was absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend this course and it was handled really well during COVID - masks have to be worn and we all made sure we were socially distancing

The Sourdough Pizza Masterclass with 1n1 Fashion n Pizza was a fantastic experience for us. Andrea was a very interesting teacher who had lots to share both professionally and personally which really added a lovely vibe to the lesson. Martina's shop was also full of lovely chic fashion. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at how to make excellent pizza and revamp their wardrobe.

Great pizza supper friendly hosts. Highly recommended

Andrea and Martina welcomed us so warmly. The class was so nice and Andrea was happily answering any questions we had, taking the time to show us how to do the dough. We then made our own pizza, had a nice driknk and a tiramisu! It was amazing and Andrea and Martina truly spread their enthusiasm and great vibe in their venue. Highly recommended class!

Great fun, learnt a lot, would highly recommend! My wife and I were originally booked to attend in September, however we had to cancel last minute because she was suffering severe pregnancy sickness. Even though it was last minute (you cannot usually cancel of reschedule within 7 days of the event), Andrea was happy to allow us to push it back a couple. We appreciated this as we'd been looking forward to it since last year! The first part of the class was making the dough. We have a pizza oven at home but have never mastered making the bases, so this was really useful, and good fun. We then got to make pizzas, cook them and eat them. I can honestly say it was one of the nicest I've ever had. The base was amazing, and the simple approach to toppings (ie not adding too many) worked a treat. Another highlight was the tiramisu. Hands down the nicest ive had. Unfortunately its a secret recipe kept within the family, as would love to make it myself. I guess I'll have to book another class! Was done in a fun a friendly way, and met some other nice couples as well. The COVID risk was managed well, only 6 people allowed in, face masks worn throughout (up until eating the pizza towards the end) and everyone had to sanitise and wash hands. Finally we left with the dough we made (we used some already prepped to make the pizza's as it need to prove for 24 hours), as well as instructions to use when doing it yourself at home. A great experience, excellent value for money and an expert tutor who made sure it was fun.

We had a lot of fun making the dough :) the host was super instructive and loves what he does. We got to also make our own pizzas which were very tasty (humble brag) and the tiramisu was quite original in recipe and tasted super good

Fantastic. With no hesitation, will do it again and we will come back to the dining experience. Andrea is a very fun host and an expert in terms of pizza. He has a story about everything :-) You also get much more than what you bargain for. And gosh the tiramisu is to die for. The place is very well decorated, very cute. Thank you again for the workshop :-) Mathilde

I loved the class with Andrea, and the pizza was delicious. Andrea made the class very entertaining, but at the same time informative and professional. I was able to eat a delicious pizza, with great ingredients. And I took home the dough I created myself, to bake pizzas at home. The place is really nice, clean and suitable. The tiramisu is to die for! I totally recomend you the class if you have a chance to do it!

I went with my partner, and had the most special afternoon. Andrea was a informative yet funny teacher who made us feel very welcome. The whole experience was really fun, the pizza was tasty and the homemade biscoff tiramisu was a massive bonus. Highly recommend making use of the BYOB option which will really added to the the sit down meal. Also worth noting the whole set up was very covid-19 friendly with the use of masks. Couldn’t recommend this experience more for a great date or activity with a group.

This was a great experience, booked as a surprise for my partner's birthday. Andrea and Martina are really interesting people and fantastic hosts, and the pizza was delicious! I cannot recommend this highly enough.
Kiron - 16 December 2019
The whole experience was really great, we cannot thank and recommend Andrea and Martina enough! The class was fun and we learned alot from Andrea, who was a fantastic teacher. The pizzas on the day were tasty, and we got alot of pride from using our own dough the next day to make pizzas at home.

AAKRITI - 20 February 2019
It was a great class! Got a chance to make our own pizza and had a lovely Italian drink followed by a delicious Tiramisu too. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a fun evening of pizza making.
Rochelle - 31 January 2019
Andrea was a great host with lots of charisma. I can definitely say I learned something new. The instructions were simple and clear which lead to very tasty, filling pizza. We also had a choice of an Italian drink and tiramisu, which were both included. As advertised, an apron is included but not to keep. Really great location, within 5 minutes from aldgate/aldgate east station. The venue is very small and you do most of the preparation right in front of the shop window in a room with fashion clothing and accessories, which is a bit weird, but there is a great seasonal menu to choose toppings from. One thing I would say is that I would love a recipe guide with tips sent to me via email or given to me on the day.
Josh - 11 November 2018
Really fun class made by nice people. Small class size and a cute space to work in. The pizza was very tasty. Worth noting that you will be taking your sourdough back with you to be made into a pizza at home 24hrs later- so plan for it!
Ingo - 4 November 2018
