Pam is absolutely amazing - my daughter has social anxiety and is Autistic. She is now fully Home Ed and came to Saddleworth cookery school at a time when she needed to find belief in herself. Pam is incredibly patient and nurturing. The Saddleworth Cookery School has really helped my daughter to understand she can learn and enjoy things despite her school experience. Highly, highly recommend

What a wonderful experience! Highly recommend taking a course here. PAM is lovely and she managed to simplify the cooking process for my child with special needs. But best of all she reminded me that cooking should be fun...and not about perfection! Thank you and see you soon!
