You will be taught how to make traditional Italian pizza and focaccia, both savoury and sweet variations! Manuela, hosting you in her fully equipped kitchen, will guide you through this process step by step, from start to finish.
We will drink beer (because in Italy we drink beer with pizza), along with a taste of bread and extra virgin olive oil. Going over the menu that we are to prepare, we will discuss all the ingredients that will be used. As well as making the different types of pizza and focaccia, we will also cover the various condiments that can be used. At the end, you'll enjoy the fruit of your work and come back home telling friends that you've learned to make the famous "focaccia" ... in London!
