Over the evening we learnt a great deal at a comfortable and enjoyable pace. Adam is an excellent teacher, patient, funny, quick witted – and he demystified ferments and pickles, showing how easy these healthy, probiotic foods are to make. Also it was encouraging to do away with the fancy kits and learn the short cuts. I especially enjoyed the nutritional information too! Thank you Adam and can’t wait for your kombucha class next.

Adam's really good at explaining everything and is super patient and open to everyone's input. It was a great class with delicious snacks and a good pace. We immediately got very stuck into making everything and the mix of talking and doing was spot on. The space we were working in was great as well. Overall the class was ace, definitely recommend!

The class was a really informative and fun! Adam has excellent knowledge. You get to taste and learn to make a range of delicious ferments and I left feeling confident that I can adapt my own recipes based on what we learnt. I discovered that homemade pickles are far superior to shop bought ones!

Mr Lieber is an expert and charming host. Learnt to ferment two kimchis (one fiery and fishy, one vegan and clean) and a classic red cabbage sauerkraut. All three of which you get to take home in your very own bubbling jar. Come get in a right pickle. And learn to pickle right

An original, interactive and well organised class, which yielded in a generous amount of delicious and varied fermented foods to take home and enjoy. Something completely different to do on a Sunday afternoon and great fun to learn some new recipes that can easily be recreated at home. Adam is an exceptionally approachable teacher with tonnes of additional insights about the benefits of fermented foods. The space (Today Bread, Walthamstow) has a great atmosphere and was a great new discovery in itself.
