I love Dave's Yoga classes, they really help me to deal with stress and anxiety. Always informative and funny, a great way to end the week. I really look forward to the classes, not sure how I have managed without my weekly yoga fix!

I already attend a Hatha Yoga class every week but wanted to add another one. I found David's class more challenging but he also shows alternatives and comes amongst the class to show the poses. The class is relaxed and friendly, great way to end the week or start the weekend. Loved It!

Really enjoyed the yoga class- a good mix of mindfulness, relaxation and breathwork as well as traditional yoga moves to increase flexibility and feel challenged. Brilliant!
Relaxed welcoming yoga class . Dave conveyed his love for yoga and kept everyone safe. Highly recommend but will bring a blanket next time as heating was struggling to heat the nice big space.
I’m new to yoga but wanted to try to build some strength as well as improve my general wellbeing. I was made to feel very welcome and the class is suitable for a mix of abilities with really clear instruction.
I love the meditation at the end of the session and it’s such a great way to end the week and start the weekend!
David is an amazing instructor, his classes are different from others that I've attended. I always leave each session with a calm mind and his personality always puts a smile on my face.
The Hatha Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation event was an amazing experience for me leaving me with a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace. It provided a much-needed break from the daily grind, and I left feeling not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally and emotionally recharged. I would highly recommend attending such a retreat to anyone looking to escape the stress of daily life and connect with their inner self in a serene and supportive environment. David is a fantastic instructor and I am looking forward to the next one.
A good mix of yoga, meditation and chanting with a small friendly group and an excellent teacher.
Being a newbie to yoga it was great to be in the relaxed friendly class. Whilst it was hard work at times (for me anyway) David's encouraging and down to earth approach was really helpful. I have already booked my next class.
Dave always puts a smile on your face - allows you to go your own pace and you always learn something new! Highly recommend

Hi ,Dave's class was relaxed and diverse .As a complete beginner I felt at ease as we began and as the class progressed i felt involved and guided ,As we meditated at the end of the session I found myself realizing that i was both completely relaxed and every part of my body had been pulled and pushed and now felt strong and light and completely wiped out but in a good way Feeling great ,cant wait until next week.

I've been doing Dave's Friday Night Yoga for over 5 years now and I find them a great way to end the week and start the weekend. Dave combines expert instruction with a warm and friendly approach and a relaxed sense of humour. Definitely recommended.
Loved the Yoga and Mediation class on Saturday. I left feeling very chilled and happy. Just what I needed. Loved the Shamanic Meditation, it really takes you somewhere else and gives a wonderful sense of peace. 2hrs 30mins seems like a long session, but time really passes so quickly. I would definitely go to the next session and highly recommend it to anyone :-) Thank you Dave!
