I love Dave's Yoga classes, they really help me to deal with stress and anxiety. Always informative and funny, a great way to end the week. I really look forward to the classes, not sure how I have managed without my weekly yoga fix!
I moved to the area in May and wanted to continue my yoga practice. I found Bendyoga and have been attending the Friday class. The classes can sometimes be challenging, never boring and always with a dose of humour. Friday class is ideal for those who have been attending a yoga class previously.

Yikes, how to describe David's yoga classes..... hmmmm...... an intriguing combination of yoga and comedy: reverential yet hilarious. Not sure that should work but it does :) Certainly a unique Friday night. Accessible for beginners to more advanced.
Great yoga session with an excellent teacher. Really good way to relax at the end of week and get reenergised. The session flows really well
I already attend a Hatha Yoga class every week but wanted to add another one. I found David's class more challenging but he also shows alternatives and comes amongst the class to show the poses. The class is relaxed and friendly, great way to end the week or start the weekend. Loved It!
As a beginner to yoga, I found Dave's teaching inclusive, easy to follow and engaging. After the class I felt as though I had worked hard but was also very relaxed & I can definitely see that continuing this practice will do me good. Dave is very welcoming & teaches with humour
I’m new to yoga but wanted to try to build some strength as well as improve my general wellbeing. I was made to feel very welcome and the class is suitable for a mix of abilities with really clear instruction.
I love the meditation at the end of the session and it’s such a great way to end the week and start the weekend!

Being a newbie to yoga it was great to be in the relaxed friendly class. Whilst it was hard work at times (for me anyway) David's encouraging and down to earth approach was really helpful. I have already booked my next class.

Hi ,Dave's class was relaxed and diverse .As a complete beginner I felt at ease as we began and as the class progressed i felt involved and guided ,As we meditated at the end of the session I found myself realizing that i was both completely relaxed and every part of my body had been pulled and pushed and now felt strong and light and completely wiped out but in a good way Feeling great ,cant wait until next week.

Love going to Dave's yoga classes - really helpful with stress/anxiety management, symptoms of menopause - very relaxing and helps to keep me fit. Thank Dave for a great session at MSA, Stockport. It has been a few months since I was able to go to a class, due to a back injury. Dave was really helpful and showed us all some great postures and exercises, to ease back into Yoga practice. Really feel glad that I attended, despite worrying it may be too much. It has really helped and I feel great today. Will be attending regular classes again :-) Thank you!

I've been doing Dave's Friday Night Yoga for over 5 years now and I find them a great way to end the week and start the weekend. Dave combines expert instruction with a warm and friendly approach and a relaxed sense of humour. Definitely recommended.
I wasn't sure what to expect, I don't think I'd anticipated as much time being spent on breathing / visualization, although maybe slowing down is what I need - I like to be on the go!
Everything was clearly explained, easy to follow and there was plenty of space - nice facilities.

As a complete beginner, I was really nervous about the session, I quickly learnt that this was not an issue at all. Dave's style and approach is inclusive and I felt amazing after the event. Whilst I am unable to make week 2 I will be sure to be back on week 3 and going forwards. Highly recommend.

Really great Yoga session. Well balanced. I’ve attended many of Dave's classes both real and virtual. He is an excellent, friendly teacher giving individual help re postures within a group setting. The sessions are holistic with a focus on connection between mind and body. They are generally tailored to the characteristics of the group. If you’re new, you get a warm welcome and what you want from the session is explored. Give it a go.
