Had an incredible time at the pottery workshop with Sampada. Booked for myself and two friends and we all had no experience using a pottery wheel before and were all nervous, but came out of it really wanting to try more and with more confidence after Sampada’s careful and detailed instruction. She was very attentive to all the students for both the wheel and hand-building portions of the session and taught key techniques in a way that was easy for us to follow. Sampada’s studio is really beautiful and cosy, and the time you get for the price is really good compared to other workshops in the area. Highly recommend and will definitely be back :)

Beautiful studio. Great teacher spending the time so I really understood how to use the pottery wheel (being a beginner). Really relaxing session and I can't wait to collect my bowl in a few weeks.

Booked this session to surprise my mum for her birthday and it was perfect from start to finish! Mandisa allowed us the space and time to create whatever our hearts desired (and my mum was very ambitious!) while also stepping in to help and encourage when needed. We will definitely be back - thank you again!

Brilliant workshop! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed it, even though he was cynical beforehand. John was an excellent teacher; instructive and insightful but not over-bearing or interfering. The range of materials and tools was excellent and inspiring. This workshop really went beyond our expectations. We're only gutted we live so far away otherwise we'd definitely be signing up for a regular class. Thank you so much!

My first time trying a mosaic workshop and it was so much fun. Tina was friendly and helpful and no idea was 'wrong'. I found the atmosphere to be very supportive and 3 hours flew by.

Great fun - made several items in the time and learned a lot about posture, throwing and shaping items on the wheel and decorate them too. We created a lovely few products that will be fired and glazed to keep at home and use. Sampada was super helpful and a great teacher. Very patient too given how awful we were at it, really attentive and gave great suggestions and hands on tips to improve as we went along. Definitely recommended.

Our one-day mosaic workshop was wonderful. Clever patterns which were readily accessible; piece by piece we learned the art of mosaic. Highly recommended and very satisfying.

We had a private session booked for 3 of us for 2 hours and it was sooooo much more than I expected. We learnt and practiced every stage of pottery, we all made atleast 2 items each. We had a good laugh and so much fun. Would highly recommend!! The space and Ronaldo are just amazing. So grateful

Candy is a great teacher. Very patient with me as am a novice potter. I had lots of fun exploring the techniques of handling the clay and working it on the potter's wheel. Would more private lessons her studio. Looking forward in collecting my jug and dish that I made.
