Clear and supportive Giulia was able to teach valuable skills and tell the story of how mosaics come to be. She gave us time to work but came by every so often to give practical tips and next steps. It was a really enjoyable, meditative experience.

The teacher was very welcoming, friendly and informative.
The venue was very light comfortable and cosy.

The half day workshop was fantastic! Giulia gave us a brief introduction to mosaics and the tools and materials we could use. There was plenty of colours of tiles (both ceramic and glass) to chose from, and the templates of the designs she prepared in advance made it very easy to make a start. Having made a coaster in 4 hours as a complete beginner was very fulfiling. She was very helpful throughout, being hands-on when we had any difficulties, but otherwise gave us space to make the mosaic the way we wanted. I'd highly recommend it.
