Join me for a gentle yoga practice. We will get the body moving with our breath, mindfully and with delicate attention.
Yoga is known for its many benefits which include:
- Physical benefits to increase strength, flexibility and mobility
- Reducing stress and increasing the feeling of balance and deeper inner awareness
- Clearing the mind and bringing you into the present
- Increasing energy levels
