Join me for a gentle Vinyasa yoga practice. We will get the body moving with our breath, mindfully and with delicate attention.
Yoga is know for its many benefits which include:

- Reducing stress and increasing the feeling of balance and deeper inner awareness
- Clearing the mind and bringing you into the present
- Increasing energy levels
The class will be suitable for both beginners and intermediate participants.
You will just need a yoga mat and a lot of curiosity as you go through this inner journey!
