About this class

Join me for a gentle Vinyasa yoga practice. We will get the body moving with our breath, mindfully and with delicate attention.

Yoga is know for its many benefits which include:

  • Physical benefits to increase strengths , flexibility and mobility
  • Reducing stress and increasing the feeling of balance and deeper inner awareness
  • Clearing the mind and bringing you into the present
  • Increasing energy levels

The class will be suitable for both beginners and intermediate participants.

You will just need a yoga mat and a lot of curiosity as you go through this inner journey!

I have just finished my first class this evening and its just been so wonderful to take some guilt free time for myself, and to really connect and check in with my body and how I am feeling. Its so easy to disconnect from yourself and get caught up in everything. Diya was extremely helpful and just so calm providing continuous clear connecting commentary. I felt very lucky to have been invited into her space to allow me to take time for myself this evening. Thank you! :-)
