Join Carola for a virtual Power Vinyasa Yoga Flow. Carola's classes focus on alignment, going inwards, core strengthening and self-enquiry. Carola's classes are open level with plenty of variations for different bodies and levels. Carola teaches a functional approach to yoga, anatomy and physiology informed rather than aesthetic to empower her students to be confident in their bodies.
