Our approach is warm, accessible and personal. We believe in sharing mindfulness as a way of being, and a way of living heartfully present to ourselves and others, which we know to be a fulfilling lifelong journey. Zoe is the director of Go Mindfully, delivering workshops, courses, retreats and counselling within the public and private sector whilst Jaya is now mostly focussing on her international Insight Meditation
