What happens in this class?

Discover tools to: reconnect with yourself and soften physical tension; reduce anxiety and open to joy; stay grounded when dealing with difficult situations; live well with pain and illness.

The session will include a mix of theory, guided meditation, practical exercises and discussion. You will be taught a short meditation which you can take away and use in your day to day life.

I truly enjoyed the workshop as it gave us a taste of the course. I would have appreciated a bit more information about the contents of the course and the cost.
