You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy this class! These are some of the most popular recipes from my cookbooks that students love to make and love to eat. The recipes use a small quantity of dairy which can be easily left out to make the vegan-friendly. Drawing inspiration from around the world, the recipes are interesting, wholesome and good enough to serve to guests. The recipes use fab wholefood ingredients like beans, lentils and chickpeas for hearty and filling meals, perfect on a chilly night.

Your Teacher

Rozanne is a wholefood chef and culinary director of Noosphere, a zerowaste test kitchen based in Dublin City University, working on eliminating food waste and improving human and planetary health through better food practices and recipe development. Although she is probably best known for her distinctive voice on radio with Pat Kenny, food writing and her many years as a cookery teacher. Inspired by global cuisines, fresh produce, interesting ingredients and being mindful about waste. Rozanne runs fun and informative zerowaste onsite cookery demonstrations for universities, companies and food cooperatives.
