Join this sociable and fun cookalong class and learn all about classic Moroccan dishes, ingredients and flavours. Moroccan food is the perfect winter warmer food with its rich, slowcooked tagines, warming spices and seasonal citrus to brighten up the dishes. Not to mention deliciously unique ingredients such as pomegranate molasses, rose water, preserved lemon and many more. You can choose to cook 1-3 dishes from the class or sit back, relax with a glass of wine and enjoy!

Your Teacher

Rozanne is a wholefood chef and culinary director of Noosphere, a zerowaste test kitchen based in Dublin City University, working on eliminating food waste and improving human and planetary health through better food practices and recipe development. Although she is probably best known for her distinctive voice on radio with Pat Kenny, food writing and her many years as a cookery teacher. Inspired by global cuisines, fresh produce, interesting ingredients and being mindful about waste. Rozanne runs fun and informative zerowaste onsite cookery demonstrations for universities, companies and food cooperatives.
