Two session course
Whether you are new to cooking vegetarian and vegan food, or if you simply wish to expand your horizons, this weekend workshop will be for you! Being alone in the kitchen can often seem like a daunting prospect, so why not equip yourself with the necessary knowledge and skills to become a culinary master!
This informative, fun and hands-on workshop will inspire you to cook delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes, teaching you all the tips, tricks and techniques that you will ever need!
The workshop will cover all aspects of vegetarian and vegan food, from shopping essentials, equipment, common pitfalls, and combinations to achieving a balanced diet.
Day one will introduce students to the basics of cooking and will demonstrate how to prepare some midweek dishes with varying flavor combinations. No commercially produced ingredients will be used.
Day two will extend into slightly more complex territory, as students will take on more challenging dishes, using the techniques learnt on the first day. Your confidence will grow as you learn how to master these techniques and expand your repertoire whilst also learning how to organise dinner for larger groups or special occasions.

This place is all about service and experience, and it shows. The equipment is top-notch and after your daily cooking-workout you are invited to come and hang-out in "the Peacock room", where you can enjoy your tasty food over some Baroque music and a drink (and feel free to invite your friends along too).
Also, you will learn more than just to cook here, as the teachers run you through additional tips and tricks on how to nail a dinner party at home (we are talking about food presentation, lighting, colours, music , the whole shebang 😃 )
