In this class
This class involves a healthy mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cooking, with plenty of eating opportunities (so arrive hungry)!
The class will start with the basics: chopping onions, making a white sauce, cooking for a freezer, and many other cooking fundamentals. After this, students will be taught the nutritional aspects of cooking, covering food hygiene, and you will leave the class having created and eaten up to 7 recipes, which you will be able to recreate at home!
