Chestnuts are a true gift of nature. Prolific growers, rich in Vitamin C, Potassium and protein, a staple since Roman times, and are celebrated in many cuisines.
In this workshop we’ll forage at a local woods, and upon returning to our kitchen, you’ll learn how to store them and try a variety of dishes, cooked by our chef. We’ll finish the day with a firepit (subject to weather), roasted chestnuts and mulled wine.
