Yoga Flow with Georgie

Georgie is a fully YAI qualified and insured yoga instructor. This is a 40 minute online yoga class so you can try yoga from the comfort of your own home! Great for beginners who want to try something new without commitment, or for those more experienced who wish to continue their practise through these unprecedented times. Ideal for personal fitness and mental wellbeing, focusing on alligning movement with the breath. Feel free to play your own music, or alternatively I can send you a playlist! All levels are welcome for good vibes and personal exploration, without judgement.
