Georgie is fully YAI qualified and insured yoga instructor. With 5 years of training to her credit, she believes life changing benefits of regular practise teaches us to listen to our bodies and self reflect. Her classes are tailored to the individual student's ability and needs. Expect her classes to work up a burn, encouraged by good tunes, focused on increasing strength in the middel, and a deep restorative stretch at the end. Ideal for those who have a basic understanding of yoga and want to progress their abilities with a light challenge, or for the more experienced student, who wants to enjoy flow with more challenging variations. All levels are welcome for good vibes, and personal exploration. 

Yoga with Georgie 

One hour yoga class in your own home. Women only.

Georgie is a fully YAI qualified and insured yoga instructor. Having studied yoga for over 5 years, Georgie swears by the life changing benefits of a regular practise, and you can find her teaching in established yoga studios in both London & Bath. 
Georgie is also a professional dancer, having performed on both live and prerecorded TV,  for companies such as the BBC and Agent Provocateur.
