Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice, helping you to dive into a deep state of rest and relaxation. The workshop will start with some gentle Yin poses to ease into the physical body, before ultimately dropping into the Nidra practice.
We will then be working with the fundamental aspects of yoga Nidra; body scan, intention setting and breath-work techniques, which ultimately bring us closer to stillness and reflection. No experience is required, all you need is yourself and some comfy clothing you will stay warm in!
