Yin and yoga Nidra workshop

A deeply relaxing afternoon exploring yin yoga and yoga Nidra.

What happens in this class?

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice, helping you to dive into a deep state of rest and relaxation. The workshop will start with some gentle Yin poses to ease into the physical body, before ultimately dropping into the Nidra practice.

We will then be working with the fundamental aspects of yoga Nidra; body scan, intention setting and breath-work techniques, which ultimately bring us closer to stillness and reflection. No experience is required, all you need is yourself and some comfy clothing you will stay warm in!

Things to remember

You do not need to bring anything with you, as we are a fully equipped studio. Just turn up in comfortable clothing.
