Vinyasa Flow is one of the most popular styles of yoga. It's broad classification encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and Power Yoga. In this class you will connect poses together to make a sequence.
This class is rooted in Ashtanga and usually set to music. Your teacher will have you flowing through poses, elevating your heart rate and breaking a sweat to the beat. This class is great for all those cardio junkies, runners, and HIIT lovers. It’s great for beginners and intermediate students.
You may need some blocks, a yoga belt and water. Try and make sure you won't be disturbed, and have some warm clothes and/or a blanket ready for savasana/relaxation.
