What happens in this class?

This 45 minute class has been designed for kettlebell users wanting to do a structured kettlebell workout to build strength, muscle and endurance. With years of experience at competitions, group and personal training I will introduce you to new movement, focusing on accuracy and specific muscles to ensure your routines have flow and strength. For those who participate in the workout on an on-going basis we can look at specific routines and techniques and for those looking to do an occasional class, I will equip you with the knowledge needed to piece together your own effective kettlebell workout

Liza Wright is a qualified fitness trainer with 27 years of experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and in depth understanding of both strength and mobility. She trains all age groups from 20 to 80, both privately and in groups. Having recently qualified as an ARNI trainer she also provides specialist rehabilitation and exercise support for stroke survivors. A little older than some trainers, but also wiser, more sensible and more experienced, Liza takes pride in being able to carefully assess her clients paying close attention to their age, ability, strengths and weaknesses.
