You will learn a range of meditation and awareness practices, that can be integrated into your daily life. The course we teach follows the program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn as well as some aspects of the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme (MBCT) developed by Williams, Teasdale and Segal in the UK. Each session includes meditations, discussion and small group sharing. Meditations include movement but are accesible for all, no experience or particular physical ability required.
