What happens in this class?

You will learn a range of meditation and awareness practices, that can be integrated into your daily life. The course we teach follows the program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn as well as some aspects of the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme (MBCT) developed by Williams, Teasdale and Segal in the UK. Each session includes meditations, discussion and small group sharing. Meditations include movement but are accesible for all, no experience or particular physical ability required.

Things to remember

This course will be divided into eight 2.15hr sessions and one full day of practice at the 'All Day retreat'. Each session builds on the learning of the previous week, while the all day session is a chance to deepen and consolidate your experience. Practising the meditations at home…
