This is a 3 hour artisan cupcake decorating class where you will learn piping and decorating techniques. Tania has years of baking experience as well as being qualified from Le Cordon Bleu London where she studied pastry and decoration there.
You will be provided with 12 cupcakes in which you will learn how to pipe swirls and rosettes on them and then decorate with chocolates shards and decorations. You will also learn how to use and apply metallic edible gold paint as well as 100% edible gold leaf to your creations. All the materials will be provided.

Sharing starters will be provided. A choice of 4 mains and 4 desserts will be provided, including vegetarian options.

Tania is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu London where she studied pastry and cake decorations technique. She runs a cake catering company based out of Central London and hosts weekly cake and cupcake decorating workshops where you can pick up some piping skills as well as decorating tips and tricks all whilst enjoying a 3 course meal and meeting your fellow foodies!
