Cooking class hosted by London Paella School
2.5 hour class
The London Cooking Project, SW11
Paella is a dish that evokes ideas of tradition, homeliness and family. So why not learn how to cook the original Paella Valenciana in a private tutorial right in your very own kitchen?
In this class
Over two and a half hours, a skilled teacher from London Paella School will come to your home and teach you a traditional Valencian paella recipe and one classic tapas recipe.
Suitable for either just yourself, or yourself and one friend, these lessons are fun and hands-on - a great way to learn a new recipe and enjoy a different kind of cooking experience.
Now you can
The name 'paella' actually comes from the physical dish it's cooked in. In Ancient Rome, pans/dishes had the Latin name 'patella', which lost a 't' somewhere along the way to become the delicious rice recipe that's now a Valencian icon!
