If you are into baguettes, ciabatta and olive bread then this is the class for you! Don't be intimidated there is nothing complicated about making bread and this class will teach you how easy it is to bake impressive loaves!
In this class
This class teaches an original technique to create a light airy dough, going on to create baguettes, ciabatta, olive bread and a delicious specialty bread, flavoured with gruyere cheese and cumin. In this class you will be working with a variety of flours and using a sourdough starter which gives structure and flavour to the bread you will be baking.
The class gives hands on experience with Stephen guiding you throughout. Regardless of your level of experience we guarantee that you will be making an impressive bread in your own kitchen in no time! Most importantly you will understand how the to make dough with the perfect consistency, which is key to producing a light and airy loaf.
These classes are only being conducted in your kitchen. This is temporary, until a permanent kitchen can be established to hold group classes. Should you wish to book the class can be for yourself or family and friends too – prices quoted are per person and you must book for a minimum of two people.
