Liza made exercising online easy to follow and enjoyable. I didn't feel under pressure at any time to do more than I was physically capable of and could tell that she was watching closely to ensure I am working out correctly. I felt relaxed and energized following the class and will definitely continue. Highly recommend.

Liza Wright is a qualified fitness trainer with 27 years of experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and in depth understanding of both strength and mobility. She trains all age groups from 20 to 80, both privately and in groups. Having recently qualified as an ARNI trainer she also provides specialist rehabilitation and exercise support for stroke survivors. A little older than some trainers, but also wiser, more sensible and more experienced, Liza takes pride in being able to carefully assess her clients paying close attention to their age, ability, strengths and weaknesses.
