What happens in this class?

In this class, available to all levels, we will move through and intuitive vinyasa flow, allowing our bodies to move with ease and grace. Beginning with sun salutations (Suryanamaskar A & B), we will then move through a sequence of standing asana, where the aim is to create space and flexibility through our bodies. All poses are accessible to all, and modifications will be provided for anyone wanting to ease off or advance. After the standing sequence, we will move into a floor based practice including some core work, and then finish the practice with a beautiful savasana.
