What you will do

This is a Intro Class where you will experience a bit of our method by joining a regular beginners class. After you can choose to join a group on a weekly basis and delve deeper into this transformative philosophy.

In this class you will explore techniques that will help you to increase body consciousness through breathing exercises, flexibility, strength, concentration, meditation and emotional management.

This class is practical, always filled with wellbeing concepts that you can apply to your life straight after leaving the session.

What is DeROSE Method anyway?

The DeRose Method is a proposition for greater quality of life, civility, good relationships, culture, good nutrition and fitness. Some of our tools include respiratory re-education, stress management, organic body techniques that improve muscle tone and flexibility, procedures to enhance emotional relaxation and mental concentration. All this ultimately aiming at the expansion of consciousness and self-knowledge.

Of course this doesn’t happen overnight, our Method has been around for over 50 years. Our instructors go through a comprehensive and continuous training program that ensures excellent technical orientation and personalised monitoring in the conceptual and behavioural aspects, enabling them to guide their students’ self-realisation with the help of our culture.
