What you will do
This workshop will provide an introduction to mindfulness and it’s everyday benefits and is designed for individuals with limited or no prior experience with meditation.
The session will cover a number of basic yet highly effective techniques with the goal of providing attendees with a blueprint they can take away as their first step to starting a personal meditation practice.
You will explore the role of the breath as an anchor of mindfulness and the interplay of thoughts and emotions within the body, helping you to better understand and break free from the limiting thought patterns we commonly experience in our everyday lives.
