This 3 hour workshop will provide the perfect springboard to help you launch in to 2018 with positivity and mindfulness. We will be exploring the power of setting intentions, positive thinking and being fully present in the moment.
Our first hour will be spent flowing through a strong yet slow and mindful yoga sequence - exploring our breath and working with our intentions for 2018.
We will spend the following hour creating stillness through mindful meditative exercises, allowing us to explore what it is we really want to cultivate in this coming year. Yin postures and guided mediation will be included…
