We will first learn how to make a simple egg pasta dough. We will knead it until it’s nice and smooth and elastic.
While we wait for the dough to rest and the gluten to relax we will make a delicious filling made with ricotta, spinach, nutmeg, parmesan and lemon zest.
Once the pasta has rested we are going to hand roll the dough as thin as we possibly can! We will fill and shape the pasta, creating beautiful homemade ravioli from the comfort of your own kitchen.
