Join Katie on this course showcasing her favourite and often unusual sharing plates from Sicily that are ideal for easy lunches and informal gatherings. Selected from her collection of 9 Italian recipe books Katie will show you how the Sicilians do antipasti and small plates meant for sharing.

Each recipe is simple and quick to put together and we are sure you will be happy to add them to your repertoire at home. After the cooking we will sit down to eat what we have made with a glass or two of Italian wine.
