In this class we will be cooking 'Spiced Butternut Squash, Tomato and Butter Bean Stew with Tahini and Sumac Yoghurt. With Roasted Garlic Tomatoes with Thyme, Olives and Baked Paprika Chickpeas. Explore the world of beans. These two dishes are sure to liven up your repertoire. Filling and satisfying with huge amount of flavour. Join me at 6.30pm on Wednesday evenings to learn new dishes and lots of cooking skills. Your Teacher

Tara Cookery was founded in 2017 by Tara Guinness. In 2013 Tara trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, studying the full year diploma. After graduating she went to India and worked in a five-star hotel kitchen in the jungle at a remote nature reserve, creating the menu and training the staff. It was here that her love of teaching was born. She then moved to Delhi to work for CAARA, a busy, fast-moving catering company, cooking for events and organising pop-up restaurants at Delhi’s art fairs.
