I had the best time in the dim sum making class. I went by myself, and honestly think it made the best solo date. My teacher was Will and I was in a class with three others. Will was such a vibe, and was an amazing teacher! So fun, intelligent, and a great chef! His knowledge of dim sum was phenomenal, I now know dim sum means ‘A touch of the heart’, which makes me even more obsessed with dim sum. We all had to create dim sum related jokes, which I think was funny, I somehow thought of two, very rubbish ones but we all laughed of course! I 100% want to go back and do another class, thank you Will for being an amazing teacher, and I can’t wait to make my dim sum next weekend at home!

Had a great time, came here on a Saturday night with a friend to try something new and wasn't disappointed. Made a variety of dim sum and will deffo try at home. Great teacher, patient and helpful. thank you. My only comment would be that this course is a little expensive for what you get,

Thank you so much Will! My friend took me to this class as a birthday present and we had a really wonderful time making dim sum. We were a bit worried when we were looking for the building, the door/entrance is not very prepossessing but once we were inside it was great, Will made it fun and interesting and it was lovely to be able to have some prosecco whilst we were learning and the drinks etc were very reasonably priced. It’s also fab to get all the follow-up info afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend this course :)

The class was really great - we will 100% be making these at home too. The group was lovely, Antonina paid attention to everyone and explained everything and we had a great time overall. We had special dietary requirements (vegetarian) to which they very helpfully catered too! The eating at the end was the best part of course😊 Thank you for a lovely day!

Absolutely loved the class! Learnt lots about dim sum, and Will was a fantastic instructor! He was engaging, funny, passionate and really patient. He demonstrated all the techniques in a very easy way to understand and have lots of tips.
A fantastic and fun afternoon with delicious dim sum to eat at the end!

I had a really fun afternoon with my mum and sister participating in the Dim Sum Cookery Class. The course leader Will was clearly really knowledgable and passionate about the subject and he condensed a pretty complex process into something that was easy to understand and follow along with. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

Took my best friends with me as a birthday activity and it was an excellent course! We had a great time making some delicious food. Will was a lovely teacher, very patient and came and sat down with everyone, helping us understand the techniques better.
We ended up with somewhere between 15 and 18 dumplings, so it was more than enough for a main meal. Would love to come back again! Would recommend to anyone looking to learn something new and have a delicious meal.
