We love getting the pasta machines out and it's even more fun when we add a bit of colour.

In this full day class we will get creative with our tagliatelli and fill some funky pasta shapes. With a few simple sauces thrown in, it will defintiely be a great 'hands on' day with plenty of leaning and fun!

I liked the teacher she showed us how to make pies, jam, cream to butter and buttermilk, scones and pastries. The teacher told us that we don't need to throw berries going out of date, but to freeze them. It's so great fun and friendly too.

My two daughters absolutely loved the Italian job day! They were full of excitement when I picked them up and they couldn't wait to show me what they had made. They were expertly supervised throughout, I was a little apprehensive about how my youngest would get on but she was so well looked after, no worrying was needed!
