    What you'll learn

    Learn how to make the R Chocolate London Sea Salt Caramel Chocolates in our demonstration kitchen at Belgravia.

    Your 2 hour class will cover the following;

    Upon arrival you will be greeted with a taster of our house blend hot chocolate before being guided down to our demonstration kitchen to begin your journey into chocolate.

    An insight into the history of chocolate with samples.

    How to create your delicious sea salt caramel filling.

    Tempering chocolate.

    Piping and cooling techniques.

    Mould filling.

    Question time.

    Finally, you will get to take both your product and your newly acquired skill home with you to share with your friends and family.
