We will start the day with mixing dough for 2 loaves, one sourdough loaf and an other one 100% rye seeded sourdough.
Then we will talk about everything bread, flour, starters, how to feed our starters, how to understand when starter is ready.
We will move on to stretching and folding our bread dough.
While our bread is proving we will shape and make sourdough pide for our lunch.
We will continue to give our breads stretches and folds then take a break to bake and eat our lunch of sourdough pide.
