This was a brilliant workshop! I learnt so much about the materials, method and time required to make sugar flowers. I could easily have spent all day repeating the process! David was a fantastic teacher and very patient and his lovely wife Frida provided us with so many refreshments during the class. The location of this workshop is very unique and a treat in itself.
