What happens in this class?

A Chicken Handi is a North Indian style chicken curry traditionally slow-cooked in a copper or earthen clay pot. My modernised version is absolutely delicious and is inspired by the "dhabas" ie. roadside eateries in India. Mopped up with ajwain (carom seed) studded parathas, this combination is sure to warm you up during this Winter snap!
